Communion connects us to the church and believers of the past all the way back to Pentecost, and Jesus and the Disciples’ last supper. Furthermore, communion ties us back to the sacrifices of the first Passover, Abraham, Noah, and Adam and Eve, all of which were foreshadowings of the sacrifice of God the Son for the sins of the whole mankind.
Being thankful is basic for normal Christian living
